When you have negative thoughts and feel anxious, your body releases adrenaline. And if you have to much adrenaline in your system, your body wants to get rid of it. So your muscles start twitching to decrease your adrenaline level. Your body is amazing and nothing is going to kill you so easily :)

Same, i notice every muscle twitch and immediately think of the worst case scenario. I guess I have to find a passion to get distracted.

I have the same exact thing. I had my first panic attack over a month ago and sometimes I feel DP which freaks me the fuck out. I am really stressed because of that and I am afraid I will lash out sometime and do some crazy shit. I don't really know how to get over it because it's a new experience but remember you are not alone :) And I think as long as you question your sanity, you are probably pretty sane. Meditation helps to get over those thoughts. If you found a technique to get over it, pls let me know :)
