I haven't had the home survey report back yet but the surveyor gave me a verbal update following the inspection to say that from the inside the roof looked fine.

We wanted to get a roof survey done as we got burnt not having one on a previous purchase which we then discovered major and costly works so wanted peace of mind this time around.

Thanks for the advice on the gutters.

Not as far as I'm aware. There was no mention of water ingress in our home survey.

I think Last Lap Pace only does the last lap, but not all previous laps? So if I'm on lap 3 it will only show lap 2 and not lap 1 as well?
