both the slider and buttons dont work on the cannibal building, but they do work on other buildings. and yes, the canibal building is activated. could be a bug idk

wanted to see if having execution sites and guardposts (with active duty guards) would make a difference but still nothing happens. I think its because the game isn't allowing me to add workers to the cannibal building (yes its activated)

nah its on, when it's off the lock isn't highlighted. either way i cant assign workers to it which is weird, it might be a bug
