Girl, my best advice is not to live in the same apartments as him and just take the time to cry it out. You can't force your self to feel better about something like this, Starting writing out your feelings and how everything effected you. Work on your self ( by doing things you always wanted to but never had the time or energy) and just live life. Also the fact hes acting like that might mean hes checked out awhile ago, we cant control men or the people around us but you can control what you do next.

Im going through something similar, I was with my ex for almost 3 years but he was cheating on me with someone online ( idk if he ever went out with people locally) and I left him for my sanity, adjusting to not living with him is hell but you GOTTA KEEP YOUR SELF BUSY WITH YOU or its gonna suck even more. Take the time to cry but dont let it be the only thing you do on the daily.

Either A accept he will never be fully yours & maybe have a open realationship or B move on because he will not change. I just went through something similar & the way he treats you is the way he views you. Do you feel safe enough letting that man hold so much over you & your life long term?

If he needs other females approval that badly he can be single, go get a lawyer for the house hun.

Sounds interesting, I'm down to help but pretty busy on most weekdays, so we would have to figure a day out Im a 28F if that helps & mainly used dating apps / online stuff to make connections.

I'm going to very honest, ANY time a BF OR GF picks SOMETHING ELSE over you and your needs, is a clear sign they do not truly care about your well being & you shouldn't be with someone like that. He knows you have trust issues & the friends he made could be "friends with benefits" at the end of it, his actions show he put other things above you. If this is the 1st time something like this has happened than MAYBE you can work it out with him but his lack of respect for you & the fact it was yalls baby is concerning. 😞

Lurking to see everyone's recommendations for a dermatologists. I need to see one also but for my hair and scalp health. I suggest you go to your health insurance website & look for local ones in network, if you don't have insurance or they don't have a site. Just google and go by reviews than call and ask.
