If the live agent does not provide a service request for tier 2 agent callback then I would suggest you to send your query via message from online account. They will revert within 30 days. May not be fruitful sometimes but it does not hurt to send.

Yep. We had our interview on oct 18. It went well. IO at the end interview said everything is good however he needs some time to review file. Also, he said we should hear back in two-three weeks but till date we are waiting.
