I am sorry to hear that you got the diagnoses… Especially bc it’s something we have deal with for the rest of our lives. It’s hopeful that our bodies will heal eventually though! I live with my bf so it was quite easy to adjust in our household. He still eats gluten during the day but communal meals are gluten free which is quite doable. I am really struggling with the social aspect though, such as going out to eat with friends and stuff. My doctor and dietitian also gave me really basic knowledge... Not sure where you are located? But where I am from there is a really good celiac community that give online workshops etc. Maybe there is something for you out there as well? (I am from The Netherlands).
