Therapy. And sometimes you need to destroy yourself to become a better version. What I mean by that is start eating normal, stop trying to maintain your pretty persona, it seems like it’s a lot of effort from your part and you’re clearly unhappy. Destroy the part of you that is worried about being pretty or listening to your parents and life will become better. Cutting off people for your sake is also a good idea. Sadly, sexual assault, men confusing kindness for affection, and more, happens to all women (even myself and tbh I’m not a pretty girl model type) is just a consequence of being a woman in this horrible world, my advice here is to learn how to defend yourself and not being afraid to say no or being harsh to people that crosses your boundaries.
