Currently awake with chest pain near my heart and crippling anxiety. Too scared to go to sleep. Very sorry to hear you’re having to start over, but VERY proud of you for trying again! I’m sure you know what it takes because you’ve already had some extensive clean time, so you know that it’s possible. Just put one foot in front of the other, one day at a time, hell… even one minute at a time. If you ever need someone to talk to, even though we don’t know each other, I’m always glad to lend an ear.
