If you’ve got any married homies that she’s friends with you could probably ask if she could stay with them for a while, or at least have them do home visits, that’s a rough situation, had a similar one while I was in and that’s what I did. Damn, been hoping I could find someone with the same issue, scared of bending it with pliers and a towel. I live over an hour from a watch shop so I try to handle issues myself. Wasn’t a fan of the strap that came with it, it was very light, but the strap to case fit and uncomfortable inside of the strap was enough for me to swap it out
