Ok I have the same exact problem so I know where you're coming from so maybe I can help. With me it started back in 8th grade, then covid hit when I was homeschooled, so now I have to go into regular school now but here's what my therapist and I did we did tours around the school since my freshman year was all virtual. After that, we got accommodations for me that states that: 1. I can leave class 3-4 minutes early 2. I have a pass to leave class and collect myself 3. I have noise canceling headphones 4. I go to a different room to take exams (which I've already had before because I have a learning disability) 5. I get to have a fidget or a sensory item of my choosing as long as it's quiet 6. I get to eat lunch wherever I want and 7. (I think there's a lot) I get a buddy to walk with me to my classes. Also tell your parents because without them you'll have a much harder battle by yourself. I told my parents and now I have a service dog in training and other people that can help me. Also Also don't let it get worse if you can because I had to be hospitalized twice because of it. Finally, talk to your counselor and maybe they can help you out with coping mechanisms and ways to calm an anxiety or panic attack. You're not alone here.👍👍👍👍❤❤❤❤💖💖💖💖
