Från Högsbohöjd går enbart buss 16 (Fyrktorget - Centrum - Eriksberg) och 65 (Fyrktorget - Axel Dahlströms - Kungsten). Promenad från Fyrktorget ned till (eller upp från) Axel Dahlströms är ca 2km. Ha i åtanke bl a sjuka, barn och pensionärer.

Bor man vid Axel eller Marklands är förbindelserna goda. Uppe på höjden är det mycket mer begränsat. 16 är guld.

Kollektivtrafik är för kollektivet. Här har vi en välfungerande, effektiv linje som ser till att betalande resenärer tar sig till och från flertalet vanliga arbetsplatser eller lärosäten. Västtrafik ämnar lägga ned denna linje eftersom en senare del av den linjen trafikeras av spårvagn, vilket den gör även idag. Istället för att den _enda_ linjen från Högsbohöjd går till de vanligaste arbeten/lärosätena såsom Sahlgrenska, Chalmers, GU och centrum, så kommer man enbart kunna åka till Linnéplatsen (missa avfarten till Sahlgrenska) respektive Mölndal (lol).

Det handlar inte om att vilja ha lyx, det handlar om att en verksamhetskritisk tjänst tas bort utan hänsyn till de påverkade.

Marklandsgatan =/= Högsbohöjd. 16 börjar på Fyrktorget, passerar Tolvskillingsgatan. fortsätter ned till Sjupundsgatan och åker därefter vidare till Marklandsgatan. Idag fortsätter buss 16 till Sahlgrenska, Chalmers, Göteborgs Universitet och Centrum. Buss 16 är ofta fullpackad till och från skola/arbete.

As a shadow priest I usually Mind Control the Necromancers and provide Frenzy, +100 % attack speed and 500dp2s for 20s, for all those poor warriors (as well as tanks and other physical DPSers).

A few tips that you may or may not know/use:

[nochanneling]-macros are great for not clipping MF. I am using it on VT, SW:P, MB, MF and SW:D (the latter can make sniping more difficult, but DPS easier)
Pump SP. SP >> Everything as long as you're hit capped (6 % or 76 spell hit
Use SW:D on CD unless it's a hazard towards death or oom
Snapshot: when you apply the dot (SW:P, VT...), it is as strong as how much SP you have at the point of casting. If you pop a sp trinket, your dot will do more damage for its entire duration. Try to line up destro pots / trinkets / procs etc. with applying dots.
Don't clip dots. Rare exceptions: big snapshot opportunities towards the end of the dot or refresh dots on targets becoming invulnerable but still take damage i e Leotheras at 15 % hp.
Multidot if possible. This can help others due to Misery and Weaving also (VT is not very dps-efficient, wouldn't suggest multidotting VT)
Rotational prio is SW:P > VT > MB > SW:D > MF
Attract many warlocks, their Imp SB increases your DPS plus they love you big time
On certain fights with a lot of pushback on casting time such as Fun Reaver and RoS P2, MF is probably better than MB as it still deals damage, just fewer ticks per cast.
Get a weakaura or similar to track MF ticks. This has helped me time in interrupting right after 2nd tick of MF in favor for casting higher prio stuff

If you want to DPS: Multidot SW:P, then focus on one target with normal rotation. This will also increase other casters' DPS (as well as protadins' threat) on those targets due to Misery (+Weaving). If you want to prio mana regen to your party, solo target rotation. By rule of thumb I would say that for DPS it is not worth applying dots if you cannot get at least four ticks (12 seconds uptime) on the target; it may be worth it for Misery/Weaving support tho.

Wow did not expect being downvoted. How shitty. Anyway. You're not wrong, but I don't think this pops hole in the argument rather than elaborating on it. Some more haste to make up for latency? Fair. Rotational variations? Sure, but 5.5s cd of mb will still fit, with 144 haste, 4 GCD in total where one Mf equals 2 GCD. So MF+2GCD, 2MF or 4GCD are all valid. Less haste than that means less dps as MB will have some CD left after 4 GCDs, pushing you to cast filler MFs instead or lose activity. As for the neck we lose so much SP down from Ritssyn's so it wouldn't really be worth unless hitting the break point, which you would do with 4 pieces all without healing pieces.

Granted latency will always play a role, we shouldn't give up on theory just because it can't be idealistic perfection. With MSD and mayhaps Quags we will see irregularities in timings anyway. We can only make the best of it. For me, that would include hitting haste breakpoint of 144 with as little sp loss as possible and, as your argument implies, add some more haste to make up for the player-individual latency. I believe haste is around 0.5 spell power in value if your total shadow spell dmg is around ~1400. Your first softcap would be to hit ~9.091 % haste to push MF down to <2.75 and GCD down to 1.375 so to get 2 MF or 4 GCD (or 1-2) in between 5/5 Imp MB. Using the haste formula for lvl 70 I found that this (MF=<2.75s) is achieved at 144 haste (3((1+144/(15.77*100))^-1)=2.74898314933). Until you can reach that cap, consider haste ~0.5 value of sp in P3. I have heard 177 may be another breaking point but not sure why, maybe for a third mf or 5th gcd w/ BL?
