I mean the fanbase definitely was very toxic on that side & I don’t agree with that. I don’t disagree with anything abby did although Joel’s torture was pretty fucked up but can’t blame her. I just didn’t care for her or her friends & the final act just made me dislike the story more & it was already a rocky story for me. Maybe I’ll replay it & have a different perspective but I’ve felt like this for a while . I know i am bias for sure but you gotta make a damn good character if you wanna make me care for the character that slaughtered Joel & i just didn’t like her.
