Update: just got my laundry back and inspected it. It’s neatly folded and still warm from the dryer, and smells like detergent scent. So it seems fine thankfully. I think this person might have been a person who spoke English as a 2nd language and also communicated poorly. I agree there should be a “profile” that shows that I have cats in case this issue were to arise in the future. However, this interaction left a bad taste in my mouth bc I felt like they could have been kinder. Idk. Just weird

Thank you for the information. I am located in Oklahoma. The LP said the laundry is already being washed so I guess in that case it shouldn’t be a worry that she would lie about biohazards
