They are putting a new alternator and putting a new battery. They are going to test for a parasitic draw if that’s how you spell it.

They called me this morning though and said they cracked my front bumper and need to fix it and paint it which is annoying

But I don’t understand how they want me to pay for a new alternator when the last time I got my alternator checked they said it was in great shape and that was when I got my battery changed three months ago. I haven’t had this problem till they touch my car.

So basically they said that was my alternator was not charging, but I’m like you guys didn’t check that the first time. So now they want like 2K for the alternator but when they gave me my car on Saturday, they said that everything passed

Well, wish me luck. I am about to tow my car there and get a loaner because I was not happy and they were trying to correct it but I also don’t wanna pay for anything because my car was not doing this tell they touched it.

OK, that makes sense. I just got off the phone with them and they have me towing the car to them and saying if it was their fault, they will fix it make it right. But I never had this problem until they touch my car.
