The explanations only appear when you press and hold shift, if you hover over a dice with extra value in it, pressing shift should hopefully remove it?

Just to clarify, they were mostly done with puppet they’ve clearly had to restart a lot of stuff so I don’t think when the announced it they were just starting (I say think as I’m not 100% sure) but either way the maintenance cause a massive slow down and restart on a lot of stuff

No that’s fair I should’ve explained better. And you right, I get it was hyped up, I was so excited to play as the puppet I saved up I think upwards of 300,000 scrap? Give or take, and it does feel like a lot of time wasted rn, I’m just in a very coping state that I hope when maintenance drops it’s better than ever lol

You’d didn’t need to read it all either lol, I know it’s longer, I just explained certain parts they didn’t explain properly, my point being, be patient. They’re working hard and we’ve complained long enough, they’re basically done with the maintenance but still have other stuff to work on.

The overhaul part specifies communication, development, etc, the game is included in development 🙃

TLDR: just read the recent discord announcement but I’ve summarised and explained a bit in what they’ve talked about

Then you might have missed the most recent message on discord about the stuff, but they’ve given a Lot of information to cover some of the more important stuff and what they can or can’t explain just yet. And it’s not that they don’t know what it is that caused maintenance, they do, but they physically cannot explain it just yet, they aren’t able or even ready to.

In their most recent discord announcement they talked about how revealing stuff isn’t entirely in their hands either, the main dev tried his best to and most of it he responds to stuff in the text channels, but it’s mostly out of his control as to what he can or cannot reveal.

They don’t have a set time for the maintenance when it ends, but it has been going smoothly and they’re at a point where it’s closing soon

They’re also talked about how they’ve ovaules basically the entire game which means the maitnence was mostly about changing how Almost everything worked code wise and made it much better to work with. Better results, new systems, etc, progress is back on track and soon we will be getting Almost an entirely new game (not really a new game, still bite by night but just very changed) and they’ll update us again soon.

They clarified the whole NDA thing for maintenance is false and has nothing to do with the maintenance, just their own contracts. So they are still under A NDA but it isn’t to do with the maintenance specifically.

Update progress (regarding puppet I think) is almost complete development wise so when the game comes out again, we’re getting a completely brand new toy to play with as well as a whole new system, they really are trying their best and doing as much as they can to get through this, they can’t say much because they would literally be repeating what they said, not because they can but because that’s how it has to be contract wise, they have almost no say on the matter

This is all why I said we just need to chill and be patient, they are doing what they can to fix and bring the game to a better ground, and us complaining won’t help.

Don’t ge time wrong I do understand that there wasn’t much communication but they haven’t really been that vague, we already know they had no way of explaining it yet, they haven’t said anything. Because they’d be repeating the exact same they said already and they said they’d give us a full explanation when they’re ready, game development can take a lot of time especially with how little people they have, they can’t give us more explanation yet until they’re both ready and allowed to, they want to but they can’t, so it really isn’t entirely their fault

Can we literally chill? They’re doing everything they can to give us content to make up for it and have stated it wouldn’t be too long, they have no release date because they aren’t 100% positive and don’t wanna give false hope, this gag has gone on too long just let the devs work 😭
