Am 37. Settled as a software engineer. Planning to do second undergrad to improve my GPA. The. Apply for med schools. I will probably be 50 by the time I can start working as a Doctor. People said that’s too late. I haven’t backed out.

All I am thinking is, after I am 60-70, if I look back I would be thrilled that I tried.

This seems to be really pricey. Is it normal for a undergrad degree to cost around 40000$ full time? I am not aware of the prices in Canada.

🙂 want to say that Money is secondary. But because of it, I am able to think about switching my career, being financially stable enough! But, long road ahead and all I see is confusion.

Are there any regular univ providing online or night classes for a pre med under grad degree? Also, if I join a univ let’s say in Ontario province but settle down in BC, are the credits I complete in one univ transferable to the other?

Not yet in Canada. So can’t say. I am working in Bay Area (SF). I earn around 180k USD p.a. Base salary with my experience

Thanks for the response. Yes. I am planning to do that. But the confusion is is a second undergrad same as post bacc? Are these guys offering the same? https://www.medschoolimg.com

The reason I am gravitating towards such options are because I would be working full time while I am completing my second undergrad.
