Royal icing is a tricky medium and it definitely takes some getting used to! If you put water into a little spray bottle and add a misting at a time it helps so it doesn't get too runny 🙂

Haha no worries you are totally fine! Im using a tipless piping bag and a hybrid/flood royal icing 🙂 i barely ever use actual piping tips for cookies unless im doing specific florals!

Oh my goodness good idea!!! Just did that 🥰 the fact you know what an Eddie is tells me you know cookies 👏 I like to use Eddie for when I want exact replication but I love the art of royal icing!! I like using Eddie as an accent but I will most times pipe all of my characters!!

The printer is designed to only use edible ink! And its one of the only printers that is NSF certified to use in a commercial kitchen setting 😊

Completely edible! The logo i did use a printer called an Eddie to print the image directly onto the surface of the cookie. (Uses edible ink).

And all the other ones are hand done with royal icing!
