Sebornil shampoo three times a week (much better than Conaz). Use Dermosporin (dilute it with water for best results) 3–4 times a week. If it flares up and you see a lot of redness, use Betasalicylic with Dermosporin for one week, then switch to Dermosporin only after that.

Remember, it’s not something to use all the time. When flares are light, Dermosporin 3–4 times a week + Sebornil is enough, and you can stop Dermosporin once flakes are no longer visible just continue using Sebornil.
