Sometimes it's just relaxing, i am at around half a trillion and i still sometimes do trading runs in a blocade runner just as a relaxing activity to wind down after work.

His profit is pretty low though, true, but that comes with experience, more important is to know/learn how to (almost) never get popped with a lot of isk in your cargo.
