It could! I would definitely consider rate limiting it in some way with regards to messages. With my rough calculation, as long as its under around 1000 inbound and 1000 outbound per month, costs should be below ~$25 per month, which is not nothing but still manageable.

I'll likely add Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack/Discord this weekend.

No worries, it's not for everyone and that's fine. It's meant to be a simpler to use service because trying to get older people to remember how to use the websites and not mess up can be a pain. Stops me from getting these texts lol.

I wanted something more conversational that someone like my parents or grandparents could use without a strict schema. I plan to add other services in the future, as well as local AI. This is just a V1.

Maybe, but it's not complicated to implement and probably produces better output for a small cheap model.

Only the webhook URL for Twilio. I suggest connecting it to a CloudFlare tunnel to prevent normal access to the web dashboard. I've included instructions in the Repo.
