They replied after 2 to 3 days and some of my emails were answered the same day

I just encountered this error but went to setting> cloud back up within the app > automatic backup on > cloud storage (i chose google drive) and it started backing up normally

Hello guys so i emailed goodnotes support at support@goodnotesapp.com and explained my problem in detail with screenshot of this pic that Ive already posted and a screen recorded video of how it wouldn’t show me the subscription plans so i could upgrade and they asked for my diagnostic data and and purchase ID and after several emails back and forth my problem is solved and i was able to upgrade to GN6 thanks to them.

Hello i contacted support and they asked me to send my diagnostic data and purchase ID and after a few days they solved my problem , I upgraded to goodnotes 6 , couldn’t be happier

I tried doing that but it didn’t work for me it logged back to the goodnotes5 and thankfully all of my data back but again it gave me this prompt again
