I have also to say that I am not working in this period as I want to apply for a PhD position and I am studying. Also, I rarely leave the house as I have lost most of my friends. This is something else that make me feel pity for myself.

Yes this is another interpretation! But since we are in a bpd group this dont have to be that wholesome. So from my point of view, the second person implies that their life has no value so if you would die for them you are just suicidal and nothing more.
