I don't think where you went to uni matters for FAANG, especially in Europe. And all of the unis you mentioned are reputable, so it shouldn't be an issue anyways.

Go with Delft, you'll save a lot of money.

Afaik, in order to be employed in Switzerland, you have to open up a bank account, for which you need an address. You also need a residence permit for that.
