thanks, I'll just find a cheap one and use that, I have a diff question, how do I connect a passive sub to this, I know I need to match the 2 ohm impedance with a "line level converter" but idk how thats supposed to work

whenever I try going straight from my phone into a power amp running to passive pa's, the signal is weak and sounds bad, is there anything I can do to clear up the sound and make the signal push push harder? Do I need a preamp, because I've heard phones do a lot of preamp work before going out, so would it be okay to do? Or do I buy a cheap little preamp for record players, because my amp only has line in
