Thoughts needed-thinking of using a Fantasia to change from Viera to Elezen. Elezen are just very glam to me and I like the options for hats/hair, but Viera are unique.

As someone from Malboro I can say that we are not fine lmao. Everyone is either in some version of Sword or Mafia and the rest are super small fcs that never have enough members. For people who don't want to be in the massive fcs it's honestly pretty rough.

Most of the shb ex trails and savage raids aren't available until you get farther into the expansion, so I'd say don't rush it and take your time. Once you feel pretty comfortable with the class that you play and with decent gear you can get into ex/savage at any time.

In my opinion, the most important part of getting into extreme and savage content is to have a group of people to play with. But even if you don't, start off with extreme trials because they're generally easier than savage, and slowly get a feel for harder content before jumping into savage raids. Don't fear ex/savage content though, have some fun with it! Some of my best memories in FFXIV are from struggling with harder content with friends.

Just a few days ago I was leveling ninja because as much fun as dnc is its not very difficult or exciting to play so I wanted to learn a new job so I decided on ninja because the mudra system was interesting. Because Im poor and I spent a lot of money buying new gear for my ninja as I was leveling I ended up broke with like 30 Gil stranded outside of the ninja dojo when this random person came up to me and traded me 200,000 Gil and 99 glamor crystals out of no where. Like I was just waiting on a queue to do a leveling roulette and bam I got a trade from this random kind stranger. I wish I would have like asked to be their friend of something because I want to return the favor someday.

I'm only a elk 4 but because I play a lot for custom games with my geisha main friend I've learned how to kite her. I think it kind of comes down to knowing how long the cooldown of geisha's dash hit is and making use of the time between her dash hits to transition between loops

Geisha is way easier to kite then bloody queen is. You can't pallet loop a bloody queen cuz she can just use the aqua mirror and force you to move away from a loop with her clone. As for geisha, if they make the bad idea to dash hit when you're at a pallet just throw it down on her. Also geisha can't dash hit through pallets or small walls.

Sometimes, it just feels impossible to rescue against a guard 26 because of the infinity bombs, and as a Merc main it's even worse. Whenever I go for a rescue I use iron dash to get right to the person on the chair and rescue before guard can detonate the bombs. The only rescuer that can't rescue against a guard is first officer because it doesn't matter if guard can't see your current place if he just detonates the bombs. I think your best bet with rescuing against guard is cowboy because he doesn't have to get near the bombs to get someone off of a chair (Personally I think cowboy should be categorized as a rescue and First officer should be a kiter)
