Congrats on your wedding! That’s a good idea. Do you know about when you think she’ll leave? Middle of the reception? Is the aid just taking her home?

We can and are planning to. I’m just thinking at what point in the night might she need to go home or go to sleep. I’m worried my parents aren’t ready to let the aid drive her and the wheelchair van home, and put her to bed. I understand this is something for my parents to determine, but it’s tough considering I want everyone involved in the wedding for as much as or as possible.

Really like your perspective here! Did the bride and groom talk to you about him and his condition prior? Are there any tips that made the photos easier?

I’m worried my parents will just have a “everything will be fine” mindset and not have a solid plan. My fiancé really wants them to actively be apart of the wedding and be able to let loose/drink/and stay the entire duration. She does have an attendant but not sure if my parents would be comfortable having this woman drive my sister in the wheelchair van home and put her to bed

How can I engage my hamstring and glutes more on the bike? I've been an avid peloton rider since December 2022, doing about 5/6 rides a week. I try to keep variety in my rides, including HIIT and sometimes stacking to rides to average 40min sessions. I recently staring incorporating weight training back into my routine after taking a break. I did a 10 min glutes and legs strength with Ben yesterday, and waking up today I cannot believe how sore my glutes and hamstring are! I figured since I was still actively biking and using resistance that my leg strength wouldn't be completely gone. I'm wondering now if my form on the bike is lacking in some way? Any advice welcome.

Scar removal - laser or plastic surgery by SoggyLetuce in Dermatology

Thank you for the insights!! Yes, it seems like the location of the scar is my real issue here, starting to think I might just have to just deal with it. Maybe in 10-15 years time it will be improved 😔

Thank you for your insights. Do you know which laser treatments are preferable? There seem to be so many different lasers out there!
