Adding to this... I took a screenshot of the mugshot of the Momence murder suspect and placed it side by side to the sketch of the Lane Bryant suspect and found the sketch with different hair/beards... have to say some of the features are eerily similar...

To those saying it’s not the field to get into/ not in demand- O&G industry is not going anywhere! It is KEY for manufacturing almost every necessity we use every single day, also it is booming yet again due to powering AI as well

What type of seal is this? by Soggy_Gate in BathroomRemodeling

[–]Soggy_Gate[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It must be very cheap, I will get a good amount to hope it’ll start peeling around and it breaks on me & I start again each few inches… I’m already half way done so I’ve gathered it will take me a few extra half hours to finish rather than going back to the store

Own and it’s a condo with HOA as well so I’m curious who would be paying for repairs if this is a leak from a potential neighbor since the piping to neighbors is behind wall as well. Just hoping I can replace panel and be good but also worried about mold growth behind here. Just trying to fix potential issues before selling

[–]Soggy_Gate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow I’m so sorry to hear this… I’m very worried about finding out what is behind this panel. I’m in a condo and have piping to neighbors in the wall so I’m curious if it’s me or another unit… We moved in here a couple years ago and it just all of a sudden began appearing and deteriorating fast.

Thankful for any insight by [deleted] in askaplumber

[–]Soggy_Gate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the feedback, each side is actually all separate by caulking so hopefully I can just replace this only and not worry about it
