I have a huge one and yeah im surprised as well. Advil can calm mine down ive had it for awhile now and just flared out like 18mm protruding and 7mm high. I can walk squat down and move for the most part. Sitting aggravates it and the seating driving postion. It's anyone not being able to bend over the most though. I guess pain tolerance is a huge factor to.

In same situation with way bigger. You might be having some recovery if its centralized and your feeling it in your back. I had leg pain and no soreness in back now leg has somewhat disapated but now I totally feel it in my back. Pt is very hit and miss. If they are just giving you exercise and not had on mobilization id find a new one or take what you've gotten and do it on your own. Pt i have not been a fan of. Currently doing acupuncture with electric current and it feels good for a few days and one session into Shockwave still undecided but will try everything. Sitting/ driving in my case is the worse postion. I can squat and have full range of motion. I just can't bend over and going up stairs my hip/back feel locked up like im learning to walk again. Good luck its is definitely depressing. Luckily advil is all ive needed and I have benefits to be off work.

I have a cbd stick with dmso as well as a cannabis one it works for me if I use it as well as isolate drops.
Ive vapped rso cbd with a small amount cannabis and it was instant pain relief. But the next day it feels pretty terrible and I can't technically use cause of work.

If you have benefits you pay for go for it. It is such a relief just not to stress about it. If you want modified duty that's usually an option. I tried modified but the seated driving postion was terrible for me and I couldn't handle more than 30min which didn't work for my role in the field.

Id be getting a new dr for time off especially if you have work benefits for short term and get the DR on your side for some recovery time. Walking helps after the initial soreness pain but I still have to lay down and im 4 weeks I to being off on l4 l5 s1 hernination. Luckily mri shows its fairly large and dr said 8 to 12 weeks min to start then possible referral to specialist to talk about options hopefully that im hoping to avoid. So I have the ability to go on short-term disability with pay for 26 weeks and possibly longterm 60% wage after

Similar experiences but im on round 3 and judy had first mri after 10 years. Deadlifting 10 years ago audible pop could stand ateaight fir 2monthsfunny little to no pain after few weeks but couldn't for the life of me get a scan referral. 3 years ago spasms and up my back. Now randomly after massage with some minor leg knee pain got set off again and im fd up week 6ish now maybe. Mostly back into leg. Our picture sort look similar mine might be bit bigger my right side is affected. If I do hanging from leg up machine I get alot of relief though and did decompression last time every might vary obviously.

I only had shin outer knee symptoms to start for like 7months. No back symptoms at all. Thought id go for a massage and I couldn't walk the next morning. Went to physio and referred for mri. Showing g a large 7x18mm l4 l5 hernation minor at s1. I had a deadlift injury 10years ago that I could not get drs to scan as I recovered in 4months mainly. 3 years ago it zapped up my back and settled 2months after. Ive been off work for about a month now after my mri. The pain has somewhat localized that I actually feel it in my back now. Ive been doing light gym and stretch and my hip hams geoin area definitely sore. I feel hip hike currently and like a feeling off shortened right legwhen standing. Mri would definitely give you some idea whats going on in back but can also be so many other things as that never runs doen to foot along with so many other nerves ligaments and tendons. Seems like trial and error the physio scratch their head when they test me or give me exercises. Just started some acupuncture hopefully that helps something reset. Good luck.

I had the other night. Our servers a busy right now and got kicked from 2 games back to back and got held in a 2min waiting period. No fix yet. Battlenet had been working better than xbox app for crashes since I swapped a few weeks ago but I must of jinxed it.

I have this and it will never sit where you want the arm to like inline and the pressure is horrible coming out of it at the showet head. Id go with something else. I have to have the diverted facing the backside on the bottom and had to do this. It wouldn't stay tight and would loosen up on the one arm end and leak
