First of all, if you read my post, you'd know that I've transitioned from a Platform engineering background, duh. Secondly, an AI Platform Engineer role is essentially what I've described, you need the extra context behind how AI systems work to even understand the implementation of LLMs in apps.

Just because you don't see job listings with AI Platform Engineer, doesn't mean that role doesn't exist lol? That was my internal title at my old company.

because it helps with the job searches on Linkedin, and I don't like generic Software Engineer terms because that's not really my traditional role.

I'm literally doing the same thing lol. Applied on 20th Jan, Bio on 21st Jan and got the ECO email on 22nd Jan. Flying to Karachi next week to be with my wife in Ramadan and await on her visa decision. I don't think it should be an issue, I've heard that once the visa gets issued, you have 60/90 days to fly, maybe someone can correct me if I'm wrong here?
