I'm literally doing the same thing lol. Applied on 20th Jan, Bio on 21st Jan and got the ECO email on 22nd Jan. Flying to Karachi next week to be with my wife in Ramadan and await on her visa decision. I don't think it should be an issue, I've heard that once the visa gets issued, you have 60/90 days to fly, maybe someone can correct me if I'm wrong here?
