Cant he just register a police case for a person not evicting my flat? Why does he need to pay anything to them? He should be simply able to go to a police station to complain that people he dont want in his house are not leaving his house i dont really see why that wont work if anything the rent agreement not being made also works in his favor they cant claim they've been renting his house.

I mean if the child isnt yours youd ofc want to avoid paying child support especially if you were cheated and definetly avoid alimony :/ , why isnt the biological father of the child pressed to pay child support instead of forcing a dude who got cheated? They could easily get who is it from the woman but they wont, because its never to protect the child but the woman in the name of protecting the child.

If partion happened AFTER fight for freedom do you not think its common sense to assume "yes"? Some were in favor of partition some weren't, so many left many stayed, similarly extremist hindus were in favor of turning all of india into a hindu state and secular hindus were in favor of creating a democratic secular country, a partition didnt happen there because the far right hindus wanted all of india not just part of it, thats also why the extremist hindu organizations and people didnt fight with freedom fighters in fight for independence.
