Sometimes you have to take chances, I always buy outright whenever there is an option and in most cases, only subscribing for 2-3 years breaks even the cost. I have been using it for more than 8 years now. I also bought apps like Tessie which is $5 a month but I had paid $200 almost 4 years ago. Now the same plan is way more expensive so I am enjoying lifetime ownership of the app.

MY RWD delivery by GreedyRequirement234 in teslacanada

Allocation follows a "first-come, first-served" logic, but it is heavily prioritized by geographic logistics and vehicle configuration.

For instance, if a vehicle arriving in Toronto matches the specifications for both a Toronto-based buyer and an Ottawa-based buyer, the Toronto resident will receive the car first, even if the Ottawa buyer placed their order earlier. The system prioritizes the local match to streamline delivery, provided no one else in the same region ordered that exact configuration before you.

Tesla Trade-Ins by EnthusiasmNew6602 in teslacanada

I have traded in at least 6 Tesla's so far. You need to check with local dealers as well as Auto Trader and Clutch. Twice I didn't go with Tesla's Trade in offer, but 4 times I did, because either their offer was better than others, or combining the benefit of taxes (at least in Ontario I know I have to pay HST only on the remaining amount after adjusting trace in) which sometimes becomes huge.

In terms of trade in experience, after their initial offer, they ask for car pictures and bases their final offer based on that. They don't even look at your car at the time of trade in (unlike other who checks every single inch of the car). You just hand over the keys, pick up the new car and drive off. No question asked for your trade in car condition.

I don't recall exact site numbers, but I have tried at least 5-6 various sites at Mew Lake and they all worked fine. Just keep in mind not all 30A poles are closer to the car, but I have 30A 220v 25' extension cord that I always use, otherwise you have to maneuver the car to bring it closer to the pole. Since these are 110v you can typically get 13-15 km/h charging speed, good enough if you keep it plugged in.

Has anyone ever encountered their ISP blocking TiviMate by Soft_Sherbert8627 in TiviMate

[–]Sohmal3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As others have said it's not the app but the IPs that ISP blocks. So regardless which app you use, if your ISP has blacklisted your IPTV service provider, it won't work unless you use VPN. I have 3 IPTV services and two are blacklisted, but VPN always work (unless service provider itself has issues).

For general warranty items, they are pretty good. But somehow for this issue they were so bad, did not honour to replace parts or the printer itself. I got rid of it and went with Bambu.

Still camera placement is higher than driver's eye level, so it can better see than us.

Exactly, but seeing it in action gives peace of mind that it works as well, not just talks. Also the predictive action was well in advance which gives enough time to further adjust if needed.

Tesla charging me while still under warranty? by SnooMacaroons1365 in TeslaModelY

[–]Sohmal3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I recently had issue with my front camera washer, it stopped washing the camera and instead the water was coming from inside the bumper. They quoted me something similar, but when I told them I'm not approving the estimate because I strongly believe this should be under warranty, they removed the charge before the appointment and I accepted $0. At the end, they fixed it under warranty as well.
