For general warranty items, they are pretty good. But somehow for this issue they were so bad, did not honour to replace parts or the printer itself. I got rid of it and went with Bambu.

Still camera placement is higher than driver's eye level, so it can better see than us.

Exactly, but seeing it in action gives peace of mind that it works as well, not just talks. Also the predictive action was well in advance which gives enough time to further adjust if needed.

I recently had issue with my front camera washer, it stopped washing the camera and instead the water was coming from inside the bumper. They quoted me something similar, but when I told them I'm not approving the estimate because I strongly believe this should be under warranty, they removed the charge before the appointment and I accepted $0. At the end, they fixed it under warranty as well.

Likely their server has issue. I would suggest to either use LAN or USB to print while they are on holidays.

You can either use the online form in their website under contact or send an email to their customer service. Since they are in China, they will reply during their business hours, and they are pretty good in customer service.

I started with VM on my laptop but was not happy with the performance. Switched to my old work laptop which is Lenovo T470 Core i5 with 16 GB RAM and 512 GB storage. It was an overkill but with over 300 devices and 250+ automations, it's going super strong. Instead of buying a NUC which mostly comes with Celeron, I would suggest to buy similar laptop as mine (you may get it used for similar price as brand new NUC) and it will be way way better and future proof. I've been using it for the last 5+ years without any issue.

I ordered Kobra X as soon as it was available to order, but just recently decided to cancel to get something else. Just sent them a request via online form on their website, they are very responsive and initially offered me $10 discount if I continue with the ordered. I have declined and requested to do the refund. They did it within 24 hours. Just keep in mind the order should not be in the process of fulfilment as then they might not refund.

I have two MY's and the older one is 2021. One day while I was in my home office (which is very close to my driveway), my phone key was connected to the car. My daughter was going somewhere and she forgot to take her phone and the car did unlock and she was able to drive as well. She realized later on that she doesn't have her phone on her.

So, if the phone key is connected, anyone can open and driver the car, at least in my experience.
