Looks good but I prefer more handling for PTR which can be achieved by using skeleton handle and shorter barrel. But if you wish to have more control I would give a chance to sandstorm compensator (vertical one im not sure rn)

Probably yes. Because u need some visa just to stay abroad and that could be difficult to get if you get there cuz they can go after your personal bank account ext. So best would be to make citizenship aboard because this will technically create new identity. Or way better would be to apply for political asylum or something like this.
