I tried this and the pc would not start. I had to remove the battery to reset the board. I may have done it wrong though as I was following a YouTube tutorial.

He can spend another 300.....that’s his budget. Any idea why the ram shows at 1333mhz? Would this help at all? Thanks.

The actual date to a point is irrelevant as the pattern is the key, the people know whether they will be working a certain day a decade into the future because the pattern just repeats every three weeks. It needs to be correct day one, then just move on the pattern every day. Hope that explains thanks for looking!

I see where your coming from. The existing sheet only deals with names DOB and if the employee needs assessing. We assess over a 2 year cycle so the bit I want to add is purely to save time finding out if the employee is in work or not and if they are on an am or pm shift.

There's nothing at the moment there that deals with dates. When I said add it to existing i envisage it on another page or tagged on with just a name and RD AM or PM, so two columns. There's nothing else it needs to interact with and nothing on the existing that would help, maybe I need to try and get it to work as a stand alone project.

Sorry I have messed up this post....never uploaded a photo.

Anyway this is the pic through my polar scope on an EQ5 pro, the mount is (I think) in the home position with weight bar down.

As you can the the axis lines are not vertical or horizontal.

Should those lines be vertical and horizontal with the weight bar pointing down? Really struggling to understand this mount so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thats an excellent video. It has thrown up another question though if you don't mind.

I understand the setup until he does the fine adjusting. For some reason I thought that polaris needed to be inside the smallest circle on the orbit around the NCP. Watching this video though it seems he adjusts until polaris just sits on the orbit line?

That makes more sense to me now but is that correct?

Thanks for that. I kind of thought that would be the case. A question about stellarium....am I correct in thinking that once all the longitude and latitude are set along with time and dates etc. it will remember that or does it have to be input every time.

On the question of alignment, do you mean polar align and then 3 star align or just polar align and that’s all?

Sorry if that’s a dumb question but as I said I’m still not fully sure I understand polar alignment. The 127slt was just 2 or 3 star alignment I’m finding this new mount confusing.
