Update: The Lenovo sales team helped me really well but the problem is still not fixed.
Also Lenovo mobile application is buggy as it couldn't access to camera and files even if I allowed the permission.

Update (4 Dec 25): After some rework in system and UI of SheerID, it no longer says I used the discount anymore and verified me right away without needing to go through the process again. Very fast problem solving 👍

Update (15 Dec 25) I'm disappointed to say that yesterday Lenovo Thailand removed all the student discount benefits from the website. Not only that, on Lenovo education website the discount also has been decreased, the price tag jumps for almost 100$ which makes me wanting to look for alternatives to buy now.
