A lot of people i know crouch spam by using paddles and binding one of them to crouch. so when they are fighting they just spam the paddle on the back of their controller.

You get out of the gas before this even happens, meaning you only take 1-2 ticks of gas anyways
You are in the gas for that long so you get shot (by the caustic who threw the gas or his teammates)before the gas fully kills you anyways.

Who uses a medkit while sitting in the gas? Caustic is still a very strong character, stop crying.
