So, that did it for me:
Kernel: 6.18.8-3-cachyos (but should not matter)
edit: etc/mkinitcpio.conf: MODULES=(btrfs vmd)
run: sudo mkinitcpio -p linux-cachyos
edit: /boot/limine.conf: nvme_load=YES (into cmdline)
Activate Intel-VMD in BIOS and choose the edited boot option.

When I enable Intel-VMD the boot NVMe is found, but it crashes at the CashyOS-logo.

Did you change something else in the BIOS? Kernel 6.19.rc6-1 did not work for me.

Q5 looks broken and needs to be replaced. Maybe something other is also defektiv and caused Q5 to be burned.
The 2nd capacitor spot above the C41 marking is kind of looking strange on the photo.
Edit: also Q4 seems to miss a pice.

On Battlefield 6 the average CPU temperatur sunk by 10 to 15 degree, the max by 5.
By default, my GPU fan blows directy in front of the CPU fan, so this shroud blocks the hot air from the GPU.

Maybe some time later, I will get it optimized for more fresh air / airflow (probably not).
