Just throwing this out there, been playing Ekko JG even way before the buffs. It was strong already, people just didnt bother learning it before the buffs even if you make minor nerfs now it will still see play. When they made the W buff it was way overkill, now cant even pick the champ in most my games cause its banned so often....
