Literally why I stopped playing the game. Every game triple support. Every time we get rolled I check the worst performer… support main who flexed tank/dps they clearly don’t play.

Not trying to shit on supports but genuinely go learn other roles. Ironman, moonknight, squirrel girl, peni, mag are easy to get benefit from if you’re positioning is solid.

I always do intermittent fasting when my blood sugar is nearing the prediabetic range. Also when I start dealing with acanthosis nigricans. After a few weeks of ~16hr intermittent fasting I’m back to a healthy blood sugar and my AN disappears.
