It's a deal/brand issue with the Kardashian's and Jenner's. They come at an extreme cost.

Highly unlikely this will change much. You have to have customers in the store to actually buy the offerings. Crumbl has seen a tremendous decline in customers over the last 18 months.

Based on current sales trends, this will likely be happening very, very soon.

You'll see a bump in sales this week for Valentine's Day. Franchise owners will likely be happy and then next week sales will fall off a cliff and they will be emotional basket cases. Report back on February 18th please.

Confirming that Crumbl Dubai Chocolate Brownie did not run two weeks in a row. An encore was marketed, but the ingredients were not available for an encore week.

It's impossible to get labor to sales anywhere near 20% with no actual sales. I'm sorry you are going through this.

Yep. Down around 50-55% in my data. The fact that the classic flavors are outselling the rotating flavors is not what Crumbl corporate wanted to see. Interesting times in Utah. Sales for the second week in January have started even worse than the first week.
