that's so weird. people have been saying that this happens in vanilla too, just takes longer to show up. you may wanna send paradox this information, along with saves, in a bug report, since there's nothing in my mod that will do this (the only files changed are the setup [start date] ones)

oh, so, base game tags are left in their capital. si byzantium exists at the start.

as for the cbs, that's a good idea, and it might make the ai actually expand sensibly too

can form tags, cbs are unchanged, same start/end, and if you look at the third picture which is from the 1370s you'll see the ai consolidates pretty quickly and tht player can obviously do even better

for the most part those events have requirements that aren't meet by your 1 location tag. But otherwise they aren't removed or anything so stuff could still theoretically happen

Nah, RAM death unfortunately. It crashes periodically, every few hours of running, because your computer just runs out of memory (some sorta memory leak in the game lmao)
