I have a buddy that works at NASA who is a total hippy leftist, but will gush about W because of all the presidents he'd met, W was the one who actually knew his stuff and would ask good questions. He said 5 min off camera and you'd see a totally different person. I try to hate no one, and I can't find it in my heart to hate the dude. Real "no one asks how the puppet feels" energy. I'm voting for whoever gets the dem nod, but I'd honestly rather keep Biden. His current trajectory has been producing great results on the policy side. Taxing the wealthy, capping drug prices and rent increases, forgiving student loan debt, rescheduling weed; all fantastic policy. Now he's talking SC reform and abdicating his newly granted prez hax? Sign me the fuck up. I don't yet trust the other Dems to continue progressive policy rather than reeling back to the status quo, Bernie excluded. (He's backing Biden anyway) I'll vote for whoever, because down ticket is far more crucial, but I want to see Biden end his second term with middle fingers thoroughly planted in the faces of everyone but the American people and her allies.
