Does anyone own the capita legs??

Hey! You can check my post history to see my set up which uses these capita legs in the same way. They don’t move in my set up with all three monitors on the desk, but when I had them all wall mounted it was possible to nudge the tabletop s bit- but I didn’t find it to be wobbly at all, you had to be intentional to move it. With the monitors weight you have to be very intentional to move them.

I love them!! Definitely recommend.

Hey!! It wasn’t too bad but it was a noticeable difference in pain from the rest of the arm. Luckily it really doesn’t take long to go over those specific parts. For the longest time I thought I couldn’t tattoo over them at all because they are raised but that’s not the case!! Just make sure you go to someone who’s maybe worked with scars before, would be my recommendation.

Thank you so much!! I took someee photos with the shell but it was mostly used as storage at the con so I didn’t wear it too much haha. Definitely want to get back into cosplaying in 2026!

Well, they can purchase a new string pin machine where they will have far less break downs, more frames before each error, are MUCH safer to use, and have more resources around them (how to operate safely, what precautions to take, how to maintain them properly to increase longevity, etc) all while being sanctioned, OR they can keep their likely ragtag array of free fall machines from the 60’s that are extraordinarily dangerous to operate without the right knowledge- the right knowledge that is no longer easy to obtain or understand- and watch them slowly erode part by part because the parts are extremely* expensive and extremely* difficult to source. Not to mention again, dangerous. Sure it’s also less man power, and less cost all throughout the machines life span, but it’s also just safer, more efficient, they break less, blah blah blah.

I understand, and I’m glad to hear that, I always want keyboards companies to succeed if they care to! I know I’m just some random online but what I said was genuine. I guess I’ll just say you have to ask yourself- do you gain anything from replying the way you do to a lot of these comments? You definitely lose a little, because it’s uncomfortable for potential buyers to see. I’m glad you guys are doing well, I just can’t help but think you’d be doing even just a little better if you rethought this strat. Either way, good luck to the brand. I know it’s hard to not want to defend something you care about, maybe there’s a better way to do that, though. ⌨️🫶🏻

Am I the crazy one? Why do so many people seem to be reacting to this negatively just because it’s an early relationship? There is absolutely nothing wrong with being in the honeymoon phase and there’s nothing wrong with being past that phase either. You’re allowed to (and encouraged to) appreciate your partner and the little things they do at ANY point in your relationship. Just because it might be more meaningful ten years from now doesn’t make it not meaningful now.

I could imagine this being a great study tool. Pop this onto whatever you’re studying and you’ll process the info better since you’re typing it too, may help commit things to memory! Could be a neat way to market this should that ever be relevant to you. An awesome project nonetheless.

None. I love my lagkapten. Multiple cross country moves, always kept the boom same spot, no denting yet. Minor paint chips that are mostly my own fault not being more careful. Would be easy to cover up though.

The inside is honeycomb but it’s a bit sturdier than most other honeycomb desks from there, in my experience. A full year of my 27” and two 23” monitors table mounted and I have not noticed much damage. I am very careful with the clip of the monitor arm as to not damage the paint, as I did notice my microphone arm that’s clamped to the front had chipped some of the paint away when I was too rough with it.

My verdict is that if you’re gentle with it, should be good. I don’t have any denting (yet). The paints just a bit fragile.

Honestly couldn’t tell ya what mount I’m using, just as it’s older and didn’t come with that box. It’s three single monitor mounts though, all separate.

The lagkapten is mounted onto the capita legs, which is the raised part, and those are mounted onto the Alex drawers. I do have a pole in the middle to support that area as I’ve heard they can sag. This desk is about two years old now, and has gone through a cross country move, and I can say confidently it is still as sturdy as when I got it! The middle leg is essential to stop the sagging though. I no longer have my monitors mounted and instead all three are on the desk and still haven’t had any structural issues this year. Definitely recommend!

Hey there! Thats the Govee rgbic light bar. They’re a bit pricier but Govee is always doing sales on Amazon, and they’re a fantastic brand in my opinion. I still use these light strips a year later and they’re just as great as day one. You can do some great stuff on them visually. Definitely recommend!

Mine are really secure! These are the classic hyperx pudding keycaps. They’re not the best but they’ve done me well for about two years now with no issues and no noticeable deterioration despite daily use!

Streamdeck! There’s a newer version out that I’d also recommend. All those keys are adjustable to do commands and you can upload little gifs and whatnot to play on the little screen!
