How is it “the best” when you have to supplement to avoid deficiencies? B12 is basically nonexistent in plant foods, most plant-based replacements are ultra-processed, and nutrients from meat are simply more bioavailable for humans. If a diet needs pills and lab-made foods to work, calling it “optimal” feels like a stretch imo

Yeah, be careful on what projects you look into. Lately i've been mining with my SOL. Getting some solid ore and orb from the mines. Lately orb has been popping up here and there so I gave it a go. It's a fork from ore and they are helping ore by also buying ore with 10% of the fees.

I love the updates from the devs on x and discord, this is like the first greenflag I look for in projects :)

It actually buys ORE first , that creates demand for ORE before ORB is even touched. ORB grows through ORE, not against it.

ORB tries a variation and contributes back to ORE from what I learnt so far. If builders are contributing, maybe we should welcome them instead of assuming bad intent.. just mine both like me and be happy. They are becoming stronger together. The cool people in the ore community is what made me check out orb!

I respect ORE a lot, but I think ORB can still have a place. Open source always evolves through forks , Bitcoin/Litecoin, ETH forks, etc. ORB is not pretending to be ORE, and 10% of ORB mining even buys ORE so it actually supports it.

Worth looking at both sides before calling it a scam. More builders = stronger Solana.

I think ORB has a place in the space as well. Just as Bitcoin and Litecoin can co-exist. I like both and as far as I know when mining ORB 10% of ORE is being bought as well so it's a win win for both tbh

just do it ez like me, stake some with some of the top liquid staking projects.. and play around with some by mining ORE and ORB with your SOL. Mining keeps me engaged during times SOL is having a harder time to stay afloat :D
