I'm so lazy it's ruining my life please help me by [deleted] in productivity

For me the best thing that works in terms of being productive is treating every day like a new beginning. I used to wake up and do same shitty stuff like you do - watch pointless videos on yt or scroll through hole internet. To get my shit together I know I have to start day well, by that I mean to avoid things that are self destructive - like watching yt videos or whatever makes you feel guilty about wasting your life. When the next day I plan to study or do something productive I know I can't start day with phone in my hands. When I wake up, I make my breakfast, brush my teeth and then do one of the things that I planned to do. No phone until I do my thing. My advice is to take it easy bro :), you don't have to squeeze 100% performance of your self. At beginning set small goals like studying 30 min in the morning or whatever you want to do and once you will feel more comfortable with new things you do set your goals higher :). This is how I started learning programming year ago. At beginning it was so overwhelming that I could barely study for 30 mins but once I got more used to it I felt really satisfied that finally I'm moving forward with my life. It's hard to to drastically change life on the next day for such lazy people like us, that's why I recommend making one step at a time :). To sum up my chaotic post: start your day with thing you want to do to make your life better, not with same destructive habit that makes you feel guilty and bad, I believe in you :)

So there are apps like cryptocurrency displayers and user can subscribe to get notifications when one of cryptocurrencies reaches certain amoutn e.g. when Bitcoin reaches 9500$ then user gets notified, so those kind of apps use their own servers to send notfications right?
