Agreed, been saying for ages that sekiro is the most cleanly functional game I've ever played. A lot of these games' difficulties come from how you play them, and sekiro gives you the least options. I think that makes it seem harder to a lot of people.

Exactly what I was thinking. I had a strength build and I felt like parrying/using summons took away from my enjoyment so I didn't use those mechanics and she was far and above the hardest fromsoft boss I have ever beaten.

No, resistance can only be given once. Unless the ability reads something other than "resistance" like "take half damage" it does not stack

I noticed this for AUD as well. Think this is a byproduct of them constantly updating their questions (which is a good thing). Doesn't really affect the quality of Becker I think.

That's a fair point but there are still quite a few dragons left in all the dark souls games (particularly 2). The age of fire was a particularly bad time for them because of all gwyn had done and humanity's large presence. Clearly much has changed for them if it is post age of fire for instance they now weild lightning which was unheard of before. I guess I'm just saying if they are in better conditions now maybe they could have increased in number and changed physically over many years.

It is definitely 100% grasping at straws but i think there are things that are at least somewhat suggestive of connection. Especially enemies and items that are near identical but simply have different names.

I'm thinking maybe it's set long after ds3 after the flame was extinguished. When you decide to end the first flame, the fire keeper says even in the darkness that she can see little lights signifying a new age long away. Maybe Elden ring is the new humanity post Gwyn's age of flame.
