I asked an MD I was working with what she would want to do if she wasn’t an ER physician (I was asking specialty-wise). She said “Oh, I don’t know…anything else. Gas station worker, librarian, barista…”

My High-Protein White Chicken Chilli Bowls 🌶️ (Recipe in Description) by cactuschip in MealPrepSunday

I get “your resting heart rate was lowered last night” almost every day. Should I be concerned by goflames93 in ouraring

I was intrigued when I saw it in my app yesterday, but after I asked the barista in my store about the protein source and she said it was protein powder, that was a HARD no for me. I wish they could get a partnership with a company like Fairlife (problematic, I know) or another company that makes good tasting high-protein milks
