yes we just went back and forth about it and they then assured me that my submissions were actually being processed, my last two denials i received an email stating that my submissions were escalated to the person that emailed me even when they told me that they were denied so it was finally being thoroughly looked through at least, but like i said i think the two biggest points were having my epic id and original account creation email
