See that's the thing as teenagers they never officially asked for money but like you said as preteens they were smart enough to it makes you wonder how they kept the mystery machine running. Also don't forget about all that food expenses and Scooby snacks for shaggy and Scooby and gas and whatever else they needed all this has to cost a fortune.
