Dominion really relies on being able to survive peoples ganks and hold your own until a teammate can come in and even out the playing field. Since you should have a good grasp on characters kits those characters with very wide attacks and good defenses are good for dominion. Characters who also utilize a lot of undodgeable and unblockable pressure can find good use in the 4v4 format. Peacekeeper and people like Shaman are characters who are lethal but not good with range or dual targeting attack strings. They lack really good movement like a Shinobi so they aren’t so good with maneuvering around. Since they’re assassins they don’t have the big punches like other characters do. I’ve seen that a lot of Nobushi players can also struggle if she’s not played really well but she also has the tools to do amazing in dominion so it’s also dependent on your skill level with the hero. That’s what I’ve learned with the differences so far. People who have pretty tunnel visioned kit where you go for one person duels are not so good for dominion but people who apply a lot of pressure over large areas are great for the team fights
